CEMTEC is managed by the CEMTEC Foundation, whose purpose is to promote growth, development, and sustainability. Located in Hobro, close to the E45 motorway, CEMTEC is a business park with office communities for both big and small companies, freelancers, and networks – all gathered under one roof. CEMTEC offers attractive commercial leases and also serves as an incubator for innovative companies. This network-oriented environment helps create strong synergies between companies while supporting the continued growth of business activities. We are known for developing and strengthening competence clusters focused on sustainability.
Sustainability is at the heart of what we do
The CEMTEC business park also provides the physical framework for the sustainability efforts of Hydrogen Valley and Oxygen Valley, both operated by the CEMTEC Foundation. Hydrogen Valley focuses on the green energy transition through projects within green fuels, CCUS, and PtX, while Oxygen Valley works to restore ecosystems and biodiversity in the fjords – with a special focus on the Mariager Fjord area.

Both Hydrogen Valley and Oxygen Valley are characterized by a strong network rooted in partnerships locally and globally, where knowledge sharing and collaboration are key. Several CEMTEC tenants are involved in project partnerships with Hydrogen Valley and Oxygen Valley, fostering symbiosis and increased cooperation.
